From one service to the whole home

Started in Dallas
Itzik Ziv founds Clean Air Experts as a family business, focused on air duct cleaning done the right way: every part the air passes through, not just the vents you can see.
- Growing
Following the air
Customers kept asking us to look at what was connected to their ducts. We added HVAC cleaning, attic insulation, dryer vents and chimneys, so one team could see how it all fits together.

When water gets in
Mold remediation and emergency water-damage drying joined the lineup, along with insurance-approved jobs and property-management work orders.

Recognition earned one review at a time. Today we hold a 5.0 rating from 195 reviews on HomeAdvisor and Google.

A new standard
We built our own systems: step-by-step job checklists, before-and-after photo reports, route-based scheduling that passes drive-time savings to customers, and an annual webinar that opens our research to everyone.
