Itzik Ziv
Founder and owner of Clean Air Experts. Dallas, since 2016.
“Take your time and compare. When you’re ready, we’ll treat your home as if it were our own, and show you every step.”
Itzik founded Clean Air Experts in Dallas in 2016 and has run it as a family business ever since. He is the person behind the phone number, often the one who walks your attic during the free visit, and many times the one beside the crew on service day. Reviewers mention him by name for the detail in his explanations.
Why he does it this way
Too many homeowners in DFW have paid for a “whole-house special” that cleaned the vents they could see and nothing else. Itzik built the company around the opposite idea: clean every part the air passes through, the way the industry standard describes, and prove it with photos.
How he works
- Shows you the dirt before any work is sold
- Puts the whole job and the price in writing first
- Tells you honestly when something can wait
- Explains it plainly, in English or Spanish
Building a new standard
Itzik designed the systems Clean Air Experts runs on: job checklists, photo reports, follow-up reminders and route-based scheduling that passes drive-time savings to customers. Each year he hosts The Clean Air Standard, a free webinar sharing the technical research and field experience behind the work.
