We restore the whole system, and we prove it
Many air duct companies sell a visit: vacuum the vents, collect the coupon price, move on. We take responsibility for the result. Every surface the air passes through is cleaned the way NADCA’s standard describes, documented with time- and GPS-stamped photos, and explained so you can judge the work yourself.
What a vent special cleans, and what we clean
- Supply registers
- Return grille
- Supply branch ducts
- Supply trunk and plenum
- Return duct
- Filter and filter rack
- Blower wheel and housing
- Evaporator coil
- Drain pan
- Condensate drain line
A typical low-price “whole house” special vacuums the registers, the return grille and the first few feet of each branch. Dust, biofilm and moisture problems live deeper, in the trunk, the return and the air handler. NADCA’s standard and EPA guidance both call for cleaning every component the air passes through.
How we’re built differently
Whole-system restoration
Most companies vacuum the vents you can see. We clean every surface the air touches, from the return grille through the coil to the last register.
Proof on every job
Our crews work from a digital job sheet. Every before-and-after photo is stamped with the time, the job address and the phone’s GPS location, and saved to the company record.
Standards, not slogans
Methods drawn from NADCA’s ACR 2025 standard and EPA guidance. No sweeping health claims, no routine chemical fogging, no ozone.
Education first
An Air Quality Science library, an annual technical webinar and plain explanations in English or Spanish, so you can judge the work yourself.
Pricing you can plan around
A written price for the whole job before we begin. Route-day scheduling passes drive-time savings to you instead of a teaser coupon.
Family accountability
The owner’s name and number on every job, $1M/$2M liability coverage, a HomeAdvisor Screened & Approved profile and a 2025 Angi Super Service Award.
Seven steps on every system
Assess
We inspect the system and photograph what we find before anything is sold. If cleaning isn’t warranted, we say so.
Protect
Shoe covers at the door, floor and furniture protection along every path, registers sealed while we work.
Contain
A HEPA-filtered collector at the main trunk holds the whole system under negative pressure, so debris moves out, never into your rooms.
Remove at the source
Rotary brushes and compressed-air whips, branch by branch, the source-removal method described in NADCA’s ACR standard.
Restore the air handler
Blower, evaporator coil, drain pan and condensate line: the parts that decide airflow, efficiency and moisture.
Verify
Every component inspected again and photographed after cleaning, against the same angles as the baseline.
Document and advise
A photo report and completed checklist, plus honest recommendations on filtration, humidity and what can wait.
What you receive
- Before-and-after photos of every component, stamped with time, job address and GPS location
- The completed job checklist
- Written recommendations on filtration and humidity, and what can wait
- An invoice that lists the scope of work
A typical low-price special compared with our standard
| What’s compared | Typical low-price special | Clean Air Experts |
|---|---|---|
| What gets cleaned | Registers, the return grille and the first few feet of each branch | Every supply and return run, the plenums, blower, coil, drain pan and condensate line |
| How debris is controlled | Varies; often a vacuum at each register | The whole system held under negative pressure by a HEPA-filtered collector at the trunk |
| Price | A coupon price that tends to grow once the crew is inside | A written price for the whole job, agreed before work begins |
| Proof | None, or a few phone photos | Time- and GPS-stamped before-and-after photos of every component, plus a checklist |
| Chemicals | Fogging or scented sprays offered as add-ons | No routine fogging and no ozone; coatings only when there is a reason |
| Advice | Sell what’s on the truck | Tell you plainly when cleaning can wait |
