What we collect
When you book a visit, request a quote, send a chat message or register for our webinar, we collect what you type: your name, phone, email, service address, ZIP code and notes. Our scheduler uses your ZIP code to find times near our existing appointments. It never shows you any other customer’s name or address, only approximate distances.
How we use it
To schedule and confirm your visit, contact you about your service, send reminders you opt into, and keep records of the work we do. We don’t sell your information.
The chat
The chat on this site is answered by our AI assistant, which can make mistakes; our team confirms prices and visits. What you type there, including your name and phone number if you share them, goes into our customer system so our team can follow up.
Where it’s stored
Bookings are stored in our Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail and Sheets) and our customer management system. If you check “Remember me on this device”, your contact details are saved only in your own browser so you can rebook faster; uncheck it or clear your browser data to remove them.
Your approximate area
To show you the days our team will be near you, the site may ask our own server for your approximate city and ZIP code, which the server reads from your internet connection. Nothing is saved, and we never learn your street address this way. A ZIP code you type always takes priority.
Getting in line
If you get in line for a route day, we keep your address, the days that work for you and your contact details for up to 30 days, only to offer you a time when our route comes near you. Ask us anytime to remove them.
Cookies and visit memory
Your browser keeps a small note of the pages you visited here and any ZIP code you checked, so we can show you a relevant offer when you come back. It stays on your device and isn’t sent to us. Clear your browser data to remove it.
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
