  2. Track us on the day. Your tracking link shows our van on the map and when we’ll arrive.
  3. We inspect and photograph. Supply and return ducts, the blower, the evaporator coil and drain pan, the attic and the outdoor unit.
  4. We explain what we found, using your photos, in plain language.
  5. You get a written price for the whole job, with the cleaning level we recommend and what can wait. No pressure to decide on the spot.

How to get ready

  • Clear a path to the air handler, the attic access and the dryer.
  • Move fragile things away from the vents.
  • Put pets in a quiet room.
  • Leave a parking spot near the door, and add any gate code to your booking notes.

What a good inspection tells you

  • Whether your system needs cleaning now, or can wait.
  • Which parts need it: ducts only, or also the blower, coil and drain pan.
  • Signs of moisture, leaks, crushed ducts or rodents that should be fixed first.
  • Whether the dryer vent and attic insulation need attention.

EPA suggests getting written estimates from at least three companies. Use our ten-question scorecard to compare them, us included.
