Dryer vent, air duct and attic service for DFW communities and rentals
We work with HOA boards, community association managers, property managers and realtors across Dallas–Fort Worth. You get an insurance certificate naming your association or management company, a written price and before-and-after photos for every home, and work-order friendly invoices. When neighbors book on the same route day, most of them save up to 15%.
Who we work with
HOA boards and community managers
Share a dryer vent and HVAC safety notice with residents, and point them to one company that shows its work. Residents book their own homes; when several book the same day, most save up to 15%.
Property managers and rental owners
Make-ready cleaning between tenants, dryer vents on a yearly schedule, and photo reports for the owner’s file. We take property-management work orders.
Realtors
Duct cleaning between closing and move-in, attic insulation flagged by an inspector, and a dryer vent check before listing.

Dryer vents: the five-minute safety check
Clothes dryer fires peak in the fall and winter. The U.S. Fire Administration reports that failure to clean is the leading factor in home dryer fires, at 34%.
Warning signs: clothes that take more than one cycle to dry, a hot laundry room, a burning smell, or an outside vent flap that barely opens.
Clean the lint screen every load. Use metal duct behind the dryer, not plastic or foil. Never run the dryer when you leave home or go to bed.
Most homes need a professional vent cleaning about once a year, more often for long or roof vents.
